Lockdown challenge
Week 6
It’s the final week of the challenge!
Can you believe it’s now week 6 of the Lockdown Challenge? Somehow, time has flown by yet it’s felt like forever. Hopefully this challenge has given everyone something to look forward to each week, and provided a community in which we can share all the highs and lows of this crazy year.
For this final week, we’ve put together a superset of sorts that strings together each of the squat, pushup and situp exercises plus their variants.
Everyone has been doing an amazing job so far, so let’s finish the challenge strong!  Â

KAICHAN
Kaichan made sure to leave a few notes in the “Name” section for us to find. It could be extra information or just an opportunity to crack a quality pun, I’m now conditioned to look out for these just like how I stay for the after-credits scenes in super hero movies.

Huge Submissions
MARK
How many sessions should you do before you submit? Well I thought it was meant to be one but Mark had other plans. Seeing 300+ reps submitted at a time definitely brought a smile to my face.

Morning Sessions
BETH
I really thought there’d be more competition for early training sessions, but nobody can beat Beth when it comes to jumping out of bed. The perfect trait to lead an army into battle!

Abs, always abs
ANSHU
There’s always time to fit in an ab session. Deflecting bullets is right around the corner!

Final Week Entries
LAURA & TOM
I would say it’s better late than never but the amount of work they put in more than made up for the missing time. Reinforcements are a welcome sight, and we’re lucky enough that ours were so reliable!

Work out!
Do as many reps as you are comfortable doing.
Get in touch with us if you need help deciding.
3
Log what you've done each day via "Log My Activity" below. Stats will be updated every evening.
In the coming weeks we'll be adding leaderboards, exercise variations and more!
During the challenge, remember that staying healthy and safe is the main priority.
Ease into your exercising if you haven’t worked out in a while.
Don’t overdo it. This is a team effort so you don’t have to smash out all the reps in one day.
Throughout it all, remember to observe all the government COVID-19 health and safety guidelines.
Exercise Variations
For the 25% bonus in this final week, you’ll be doing a superset that consists of 5 reps x 6 exercises.  Â
