It's Workouts Now

Welcome to the first week of our new activities during lockdown.  Unlike the Lockdown Challenge in previous weeks, where there were set exercises, we now have workouts comprising of 6 exercises that could be anything!

Keeping Track

We’re still keeping a track of reps/minutes and kilometres run like with the challenge, however there aren’t any set targets so you can work at your own pace.

GROUP & SOCIAL ACTIVITIES

RUNNING

We have a Strava group now!

Strava is a social platform that can also track runs, bike rides and other fitness activities. It is great way to record fitness data and see what our community is doing. 

If you have a smartwatch or Fitbit you can link to Strava to automatically upload and if you don’t have a fitness wearable Strava can be used with your phone to record.

Sometimes it's hard to muster up motivation for stretching, but it's much easier with friends!
