Small Group Training
We know it can be much more motivating training with friends. Our Small Group Training sessions can accommodate up to 4 people for maximum high fives!
Program development package
For those who prefer to train off a program, and only want to check in with a trainer now an again, this package consists of 2 x 60 minute sessions with a senior trainer. Across the two sessions we will not only help you build a program that realises your goals, but also provide thorough training on how to perform the exercises.
