Class passes

Single use passes are great if you are unable to train on a weekly basis.

Class memberships

For those who love routine, we offer no lock-in memberships that cater to how often you can train each week.

  • 1 Weekly Class $20 per week
  • 2 Weekly Classes $40 per week
  • Weekly Unlimited $50 per week

Program development package

For those who prefer to train off a program, and only want to check in with a trainer now an again, this package consists of 2 x 60 minute sessions with a senior trainer. 

Across the two sessions we will help you build a program that realises your goals, and provide thorough training on how to perform the exercises.
