Class Timetable

Classes run from Mondays to Saturdays and can be booked via the timetable below.

Online bookings require a Mindbody account.  Mindbody is a booking platform that helps you find and connect with fitness and wellness providers. If you do not yet have an account, the booking form will allow you to sign up and book the class without leaving the site.

Bookings can also be made by giving us a call at least 24 hours prior to the class.

A single casual class is $25, with package and membership options available.  Check out our pricing page to find the one that works for you.
